To qualify for the dean's list, a student must have earned a minimum 3.5 grade point average out of a possible 4.0 while attempting at least 12 credit hours of coursework. The following individuals have been selected as nominees for awards at the Kennedy Center American College Theater Festival regional competition. The Region IV festival takes place Feb. 2-6 at the College of Charleston in Charleston, S.C.

TROY students will perform "29," a faculty-written musical, in the Kennedy Center American College Theater Festival Region IV contest, which takes place Feb. 2-6 at the College of Charleston in Charleston, S.C. Sixty-five participating productions in the Southeast were considered for inclusion in the regional festival, with "29" making it to the final field of six.

The University of the Cumberlands (UC) Men's Wrestling team was back in action on Saturday, November 14th as they competed in their 2nd event of the season at the Don Gable Open in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. This would be a big event for the Patriots as it would be the opening meet for several of UC's top wrestlers coming into the season. Several Patriots would have top finishes including some 1st places finishes in one of the season's largest tournaments.

The University of the Cumberlands (UC) Men's Wrestling team opened up their 2015-2016 season this weekend as they hosted the Patriot Open at the O. Wayne Rollins Center. In what has became a traditional kickoff for the Patriot Men's Wrestling team it would have the same success it has in the previous years. The Patriots hosted several schools from all over the country and saw great finishes among some of the best the NAIA has to offer.

The Troy University Department of Theatre and Dance will present the musical "29" Oct. 24-27 inside the Malone Hall theater at the Troy Campus.

Troy University is pleased to recognize the new members of Freshman Forum for the 2015-2016 academic year. The Freshman Forum is a branch of the Student Government Association specifically for incoming college freshmen and members serve as representatives for the freshman class.
